How can Ukraine coexist with Russia/BRICS and the west? Logic is needed. Where are the wise men of Ukraine?

Think about it.  There might be 1.800.000 people dead, almost all men, sons, fathers, brothers and husbands at the Ukrainian battlefield of the war between the West and BRICS countries.  Probably mostly Ukrainians young men so far.   This is tragedy beyond words.  This is a war impossible to win against Nuclear superpower Russia and their allies India and China.  Where are the wise men of the West and where are the wise men of Ukraine?
